Pre-Orders are charged when the order is placed. They allow us to help you secure the items you are looking forward to and as such, this is a binding agreement. 

If you place an order with an In-Stock item and a Pre-Order item, the order will ship only when all items are in stock. No orders will be dispatched until all items are available. We strongly suggest placing separate orders for pre-order items that have a different release date to ensure your items ship as soon as they become available.

Please make sure to update us on any address changes before your order ships. We will not refund shipping charges if your address is 'undeliverable', so please double check your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order.

Pre-Order items are subject to change due to manufacturer delays and/or distribution delays. We will keep you updated when this occurs.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders for both in-stock and pre-order items at our sole discretion.

Condition Guidelines

Some items might be offered in conditions other than Standard. Please see below our condition notes:

• Standard = near mint / mint condition (please understand we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect item. Funko POP! are still mass produced items regardless of how sought after they are). We inspect each item carefully but minor shelf wear is to be expected. 
• Non-mint = minor damages to the item's packaging such as dents or dings (nothing too significant)
• Damaged = heavier damage noticeable 
• Severely damaged = the box is severely damaged. This item is intended to be displayed out-of-box only

Shipping Policy

All sales through our website will be fulfilled by ourselves and not any other third-party fulfillment service in order to ensure the best experience possible. This is our collector-to-collector guarantee.

We are collectors ourselves and understand condition is highly important. We will make our best efforts and have rigorous quality control systems in place to ensure safe packing. We are, however, not to be held liable for shipping damages by the carrier that delivers your order. If an order includes a service by our insurance partner, Route, any damaged or lost packages liabilities are acquired by them, and not Product Sage Collectibles.

Refused-at-delivery or undeliverable-address orders will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. Please make sure you fill in your address correctly to avoid any delivery issues.

Return Policy

All sales of items currently In-Stock at the time of order are final. Due to the limited nature of the collectible items we offer, we will not accept return requests due to small cosmetic imperfections (small defects such as paint applications) or buyer's remorse. This policy includes Pre-Order items and items that includes digital codes whether as a bonus or as main feature.

Special Item Terms

Video Games Collector's Editions: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Collector's Edition often include digital codes or digital content, sales for these items are considered final and therefore non-returnable. Placing an order acknowledges these terms.

*Sales are final. No returns or cancellations due to the limited nature of this item. Flags are carefully inspected prior to shipping and this is carefully documented for each order. However, we cannot guarantee flags not to break due to how fragilely they are attached to the crow's nest on each on both Thousand Sunny and Going Merry. Imperfections such as creases or dings to the box are to be expected for all POP! Rides due to the size of the item and the box's large surface area. By placing an order, you acknowledge these terms.

** Law with Polar Tang are arriving with box damage at the top of the box. Due to this being a widespread, manufacturer-side mishandling, we are unable to guarantee mint box condition for any units of this item. Sales are final and the items cannot be returned. 

Price Adjustments

We strive to offer competitive prices across all our products, despite the market's inherent price fluctuations. We continually monitor the market and adjust our prices accordingly. However, due to the dynamic nature of the collectibles, we cannot offer price adjustments after 24 hours an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for price differences occurring between order placement and delivery.
