Pre-Order Policy

Q: When are pre-orders charged? A: Pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed. This is a binding agreement to ensure the availability of your desired items.

Q: What happens if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items? A: Your order will only be shipped when all items, including pre-ordered ones, are in stock. To avoid delays, please place separate orders for items that are immediately available.

Q: My order was canceled. When will I get my refund? A: Refunds are initiated automatically at the moment the order is canceled. Refunds fully process within 1-3 business days.

Q: How do I update my shipping address for pre-orders? A: Please inform us of any address changes before your order is dispatched. We cannot refund shipping charges for undeliverable addresses, so ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Q: I see the items I pre-ordered already available elsewhere. Where are my items? A: Pre-order items are subject to manufacturer and distribution delays, as distribution occurs in waves and not all at once. We will keep you updated on any changes if the estimated timeframe within our Pre-Order Updates page has passed.

Q: Can pre-orders or orders be canceled? A: We are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed. We reserve and commit to our inventory by placing our purchase orders well in advance to secure our allocations. As such, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Q: Do you accept bulk orders? A: Yes, we generally will state in the product description whether an item has a limit or not, but usually there is no limit. However, please note any bulk orders (4+ of the same item) will not include protectors but will still be safely shipped.

    Shipping Policy

    Q: Who fulfills the orders placed on the website? A: All orders are fulfilled in-house to ensure the best collector-to-collector experience.

    Q: Is there insurance for lost, damaged, or stolen packages? A: Yes, we've partnered with Route Package Protection for insurance. Without Route, we're not liable for these issues, but we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note we are unable to assist with lost or damaged packages when orders are sent to a shipping forwarder or virtual mailing service.

    Q: What if my order is refused at delivery or has an undeliverable address? A: Such orders will incur a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please double-check your address to avoid delivery issues.

    Return Policy

    All sales are considered final to preserve the integrity of our inventory. Due to the limited nature of the collectible items we offer, we will not accept return requests due to small cosmetic imperfections or buyer's remorse. Please understand we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect item. Regardless of how limited and sought after an item is, they are still considered mass produced goods. We inspect each item carefully but minor to moderate shelf wear is to be expected. This policy includes Pre-Order items and in stock products.

    Items that includes digital codes whether as a bonus or as main feature are also non-refundable.

    Condition Guidelines

    Some items might be offered in conditions other than Standard. Please see below our condition notes:

    • Standard = near mint / mint condition (please understand we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect item. Funko POP! are still mass produced items regardless of how sought after they are). We inspect each item carefully but minor shelf wear is to be expected. 
    • Non-mint = minor damages to the item's packaging such as dents or dings (nothing too significant)
    • Damaged = heavier damage noticeable 
    • Severely damaged = the box is severely damaged. This item is intended to be displayed out-of-box only

    Special Item Terms

    Video Games Collector's Editions: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Collector's Edition often include digital codes or digital content, sales for these items are considered final and therefore non-returnable. Placing an order acknowledges these terms.


    Price Adjustments and Fluctuations


    Q: Do you offer price adjustments after an order is placed? A: We strive to offer competitive prices across all our products. We continually monitor the market and adjust our prices accordingly to offer a better service and beat third party pricing marketplaces. However, due to the dynamic nature of collectibles, we cannot offer price adjustments after 24 hours an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for price differences occurring between order placement and delivery.
