For any questions regarding pre-orders, please refer to the following information and open orders’ ETAs listed below. As a general policy for pre-orders, orders only ship once all the items in the order are in stock. This means that if an item is unreleased or delayed, the order will not ship until that item is available -- even if all the other items in your order are in stock.

Product distributions are staggered and subject to scheduling beyond our control. Availability may vary across retailers as shipments are not simultaneous. We ensure prompt dispatch of orders as soon as any or all inventory is available. We do not hold stock for any reason. Pre-orders are processed in the order they are received, contingent on the availability of all items.
